There is a distinct pleasure in making your own invitations.
.
.
Choosing the colours and fonts and overall theme.
It’s a chance to showcase you own style and personality.
Nowadays, with so much FREE online software available,
every ‘creative’ now also has the chance to create a designer graphic invitation. . .
. . . without having to learn Photoshop!
I use PicMonkey,
however there are stacks of fantastic online sites.
Just do a search under Free Photo Editing Software
or go to my list of 31 sites here 🙂
This tutorial is Part One of creating your own C6 invitation.
C6 is a postcard size,
OR
105 mm x 145 mm
(metric sizing)
4″ x 6″
(imperial).
I will post Part Two in the coming week . . . . the Graphic Design Steps (so cool).
.
So head to PicMonkey and have a play using my easy tutorial 🙂

Don’t forget to SAVE your Background! Saving Part One . . .
.
If you do have a crack-a-lack yourself, I would LOVE to see your creation.
Put a link or upload your image into the “Comments”.
.
Just one piece of advice . . .
.
If you intend to design and print your own stationery using this DIY method,
I cannot strength strongly enough how important it is to
get the invitations printed PROFESSIONALLY.
It will cost you fractionally more than if you did it yourself
yet
the overall quality will be incredibly higher!
Trust me on this.
